Concept and Vision
ZA ZRAKEM is a series of experimental portraits that transcend conventional perceptions of human identity and enter a realm of abstract expression. Light, movement, and color merge into a visual stream of emotion, introspection, and transformation. Each image captures a fleeting moment dissolving in time – suspended between dream and reality, consciousness and the subconscious.

Technical Execution

• Technique: Long exposure, a combination of continuous and directional light sources, filters

• Color palette: Cool tones of blue and turquoise contrasted with warm flashes of red and violet

• Lighting: Play of reflected highlights and light trails emphasizing the physical presence of the body and its transience

Artistic Significance

• Fluid Identity: The body and face are not fixed – they blur, shift, and lose their contours. Each portrait raises the question: Where does the physical end and the spiritual begin?

• Movement and Transformation: Layered motion and intentional blurring create the illusion of simultaneous existence in multiple dimensions. This visual ambiguity evokes the tension between the permanence and constant transformation of our being.
